Have you thought about walking more, I can sympathise with wanting to lose weight, I have hit that point where I just don't seem to lose any more. But I took up walking and it gave me more energy and made me feel better about myself because I was being proactive about my weight gain.
I also started looking into my diet, what I was eating - when I was eating was I eating too much. I wrote a diary for a couple of weeks and I really started to notice a pattern with my eating I think it helps to understand where you are going wrong and now I am back on track fingers crossed. I have recently started to look at things that will boost my weight loss too like slimmings pills, surgery - not keen on that extreme, one of those holiday camps - but I think I will settle for slimming pills now and see how it goes.
